Power 90 Home Fitness Program - Day 65 Update

I hit my day 65 quite a while ago and have since fizzled out on my progress. With the holidays and other life stresses I have been slacking bigtime. I know the program works if you want proof look below.
I was slightly hesitant to post these here but I have more at beachbody.com message boards I go by Nito on there and if you can find me you can see them all. I have posted front, side, back and front flex at that site. The power 90 program really works, it can change your life. My clothes are fitting loser, I have more faith in myself that I can do something when I put my mind to it and I am feeling better overall, it truly is something that is changing my life, honestly I didn’t even know if I would notice any changes. Let me tell you, it feels way better realizing your slimmer than realizing that you put on a few extra pounds, I never realized how that felt until recently this past year or so when enough was enough and I decided I was getting fat..
When I am ready to fully commit my diet and exercise I will have great results, I can tell already. This is my favorite progress shot since my back and arms are making the best progress.. I am limited in the size of pictures here so the beachbody has bigger image if this is too small for you to see many changes..
This is day 1-60 progress so far…

So you may ask whats stopping me from finishing when I am seeing results, I’m not quite sure what that is probably a lack of motivation. Well mostly a combination of being lazy, the holidays, planning a move in the sometime near future and of course my ps3. I feel bad when I am slacking and not working out so I am doing a modified version of pushups, lots of pushups like 30-60 a night 10 here, 15 there then as many as I can until exhaustion a few times a night..
I know the program works and sometime in the future I will finish my 90 day program and then try to do another one not missing any days then probably take on coaching as a MDB Million Dollar Body coach. Power 90 - Home Fitness Program Day 21 Update

Today is day 21 for me on Power 90, it was my 3rd rest day. I actually feel guilty now when I take a rest instead of working out. My new idea for that is pushups, I know they will help my arms and legs and are probably the number one workout without weights for building strength.
I took my creatine today (I take it with applejuice) and then I immediately dropped to the floor to see how many max pushups I could do without stopping, when I tried this 21 days ago at the start of my program I could only do 4 pushups and I was beat (I know pathetic)
Today I did 15 pushups non stop then took a breather and then did another 10, then Isabel started freaking out so I stopped but I was pretty much at my max, right now non stop I can do 15 but for the sculpt 1-2 workout on power 90 you do 7 7 7, its 7 wide pushups (arms wide apart), 7 close pushups (arms close together) and 7 normal pushups (standard comfortable width).
As far as the eating goes we have not revamped our entire diet but it is better. I am doing slimfast drink for breakfast and a lean cuisine meal at lunch every day, its fast and easy and low in calories the slimfast is only like 260 calories and the lean cuisine is like 300-400 calories, then I have a snack at like 2:00 carrots and cheese or something like that. I am staying constant at my weight have lost like 9 lbs but go up and down 4-5 lbs a day depending on when I first wake up and after I eat. I am not losing any more weight right now but I think my body has started to build some muscle, which is cool. My biceps are a little more pumped looking all the time, and when I flex I can see some triceps have not seen them under the fat in years. Also my shoulders are looking a little bigger in the mirror and feel larger.
So far I am loving the program, I will post pictures at the beach body message boards in another week or so at my day 30, if you can find them my screen name is Nito, dont want to make it too easy for you guys to find them so you will have to look around.
Power 90 - Home Fitness Program Day 14 progress…

Well much to my surprise I am still at the Power 90 program. I am excited that I have stuck with it this long. Am I seeing results? Yes I am. I have lost 8 lbs so far going from 234 to 226, and its staying off so thats cool.
I started doing a creatine supplement today, I got it at walmart its called body fortress 100% creatine, nothing special but under $10 at walmart. I guess it supposed to aid in muscle growth and recovery during exercise.
I am taking it with applejuice like 15-20 minutes before my workout.
As far as the way I look I am not sure about physical changes yet but when I extend my arms I can clearly feel my triceps and I could never feel any definition there, pretty soon I will shed some fat and them bam, biceps and triceps that will be a good day for me.
For anyone familiar with Power 90 you do quite a lot of pushups. Today I did 10, then 7, then during the circuit 1 and 2, then for 3 your supposed to do 7-7-7 your supposed to do 7 wide pushups, then 7 normal then 7 close pushups. I was able to do 7-7-4 and then I was spent but it was a good feeling.
I am proud of myself or sticking with it this long. The cool thing is that a coworker says she can notice changes in the way I am looking so that got me excited.
I have also helped widen my wardrobe selection as far as my work shirts go I have a few more that are fitting looser so I can wear them without the embarassment of the man boob going on. I still have some shirts that are too tight but I’m sure in another 15-30 days all my old shirt will be fitting again.
I will keep you all posted, so far loving the program and the message boards my online pals that are doing the program they can relate to my daily reports more than you probably can so I post my results there also I got by Nito on the boards if your a beachbody.com or mdb (million dollar body) member go check out my posts I have been making friends and getting inspired by others on the boards.
My rating for this program would definately be a 5 out of 5 Minivans, its starting to change my life and that is a great feeling.
